quite interesting now to observe the development of three projects, the mentors that I have since imposed himself on Startup Weekend (approx. mentor - like a guardian angel / senior brother for a startup: indicates the major mistakes and offers the most optimal way out of the situation). Know very well how to survive in business during the the first year (and pass the "valley of death"), and is ready to share these znaiyami (almost disinterestedly:). A founder of the project, apparently not yet known. And do not always know how to work effectively in a team.
But the point is that all three projects are quite different. Different age teams, in terms of market maturity of ideas, etc. But all need to about the same: to survive. While the situation pins.
If in one case, the need to completely shake up the team, run it through the fire and water, at a minimum, the second looks very confident, ready to deal with the case from the outset. And they are lucky just the first day (and this is very dangerous: after all, good luck - Fickle thing). But the third is almost completely independent, but they have little experience "for the share." They do not know how to begin. But this - the only чего они не знают. Everywhere all different, and it's wonderful.
