Halloween event

Well ... niconeko and I were talking and we came to organize a little halloween event. The premise is simple. A test of value The Happy Fucking Rainbow Island Paradise, with the peculiarity that the nation-so must wear a costume for your ... "Choice" (Although we know who really is the world choose).

My date for the event was ... today. (Damn you exams) But given the circumstances, we would like to comment proposing a date to accommodate them.
